To Be Released: December 2011
This concept EP was and will always be inspired by our friend Mary Tomaselli. Her encouraging words on a snowy winter night in December of ‘09 set in motion an album that took exactly three long years to complete. An album that tells a story of the darkest period of my life spanning from 2006- 2010, starting with Embers and finishing with Living In Recovery. Although the material is a departure from the typical MH album, it is very MH in it’s storytelling nature. Today I am still Recovering and will be tomorrow as well, but my faith in Christ Jesus, my family & beautiful wife Rachel are proud reflections of the changes that I have made and the Recovery EP is the road I traveled to get here.

"I just heard a great ballad from the Mick Hayes Recovery EP, "Stay Here or Stay Gone". I was really surprised; I expected a slammin' blues thing and there was a really nice, easy piece that featured Mick's singing, which has always been good but this song has him singing like I've never heard him before, really good. THis song could fit into numerous radio formats and I hope to hear it on all of them. Check it out."
